Full Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform; "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time; "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by kuu9 subject to wagering requirements; "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay; "Services" means all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables and related features accessible through kuu9; "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

4. Player Responsibilities

• You will not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• You will only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means.

Prohibited Conduct

9. Account Closure

A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting kuu9 customer support. On closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account Balance (net of any active wagering-requirement obligations) will be returned to the Player's registered mobile wallet within five business days. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons will not be reopened except where the Player provides written confirmation that the original self-exclusion period has expired and that they wish to recommence play after a considered cooling-off period. kuu9 may also close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached.

The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
